The WSP Italy wheels are NOT OEM wheels. They are not OEM (original equipment manufacturing) compatible replacement parts produced by an independent manufacturer not holder of the design. WSPtrading Srl is not the owner of the designs or models that the wheels incorporate. They replicate designs of car manufacturers and are identical to OEM wheels in appearance, shape and dimensions and can be used solely to substitute, for repair scope, one or more wheels incorporated in the vehicle to restore its original appearance ( in observance of art. 110 Reg. CE n. 6/2002 as well as in conformity with the judgement issued by ECJ on 20th Dec 2017 in the joined cases C-397/16 and C-435/16). It is thus not allowed any use of WSP Italy wheels for purposes not compliant with the above said scopes.
