WSP Italy produces its own replica replacement wheels from a careful planning to the identification of all constructive and dimensional aspects of the replica replacement wheel to be produced. Through a process of reverse – engineering is obtained the mathematics of the surface and prepared the design of the mold. After the realization of the mold, the first prototypes are built according to a specific manufacturing process and are carried out to tests with the experts of the board for approvals as, for example, the Vehicles Test Center of the Ministry of Transport, which will be described below. The manufacture and logistical management of our products are made on the basis of the ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) Dynamics NAV.

Wsp Italy alloy wheels are undergone to strict resistance test. During manifacturing, the quality, the composition and the alloy tensile strenght are costantly checked. Also the exsternal finishing is tested to the corrosion resistance, in a strongly corrosive place full of saline fogs. Before Starting the mass production, the different models are tested through impact tests ( with weights till 1000 Kg ), rolling flexion ( from 200.000 to 1 milion of cycles ) and rolling ( 2.000 Km). These tests, realized in Wsp Italy laboratories in cooperation with the technicians of the italian Civil Motorization, confirm the qualification and the resistence of our wheels to different stress. These stress simulate a motion curve or an impact against a sidewalk or the result under loading on long distance.
