According to the law 1400/2002 the wheels WSP Italy are spare wheels, in other words they are perfectly interchangeable with the originals. Wheels using accessories such as central rings, to adapt a wheel with hub 66,6 to 57,1, are not spare wheels with all that this implies in terms of law about intellectual property of the original design. Who sales wheels with a similar design to the original, but with dimensional elements different from the original, could be persecuted for violation of industrial property.
Our wheels are all approvals according to the 46/2007 UNECE R124 , Regulation of the Economic Commission for Europe of the United Nations (UN/ECE) that uniforms provisions concerning the approval of wheels for passenger cars and their trailers. |
